Configure and maintain PRISM ArcIMS and ArcSDE servers.

Build and maintain websites for the Puget Sound River History Project, the Geomorphological Research Group, the Quaternary Research Center, and the Puget Sound Regional Synthesis Model. Write valid CSS/XHTML. Write website copy and technical materials. Compose and edit technical illustrations and figures for presentations and publications. Coordinate, design and produce QRC brochure (PDF).

Assist faculty and graduate students with ArcGIS, ERDAS and other imaging software. Help faculty and students acquire maps, spatial data, and other materials for research purposes. Research and negotiate loans of aerial photographs from various government agencies and library special collections for scanning and digitizing. Coordinate off-site scanning of large-format documents.
