My name is Charles Kiblinger and I live in Seattle, Washington. This website is an ongoing public record of my correspondence requesting repairs and improvements to Seattle's Burke-Gilman Trail. The discussion has focused primarily on the flooding issue along the canal in Fremont (see this entry for details), but is not limited to that topic. I am interested to hear from other people; please your ideas, requests, complaints, photos, etc.
